The Timeline

  • Processing Your Order: Once you place an order, our team needs about 1–3 business days to pick, pack, and prepare it for its journey. Please note that we take weekends and U.S. federal holidays off to recharge.

  • Transit Time: After your package leaves our doors, it typically takes 3–7 business days to reach your doorstep. While we always aim to be as fast as possible, please keep in mind that shipping carriers occasionally face minor delays that are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Journey

As soon as your package ships, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.
